Shipping policy

We deliver across the United Arab Emirates.

Delivery is free on orders of AED 249 and above. Below that, delivery is a flat AED 16.

Every bottle is blended and filled to order, so please allow a little time before dispatch. Orders are usually prepared within two working days. Once dispatched, delivery takes one to three working days to Abu Dhabi and Dubai, and two to four working days to the other emirates. During Ramadan, Eid and public holidays, please allow a little longer.

You will receive a tracking link by email, and by WhatsApp if you have given us your number, once your order is on its way.

We deliver within the United Arab Emirates only for now. Please give a complete address and a working phone number, as our courier will contact you on it.

If your order arrives damaged or leaking, send a photo within 48 hours to info@scentometry.com and we will make it right.
