Returns and exchanges

Every Scentometry bottle is blended and filled to order, so we cannot take back a fragrance once it has been made, whether for a return, a refund or an exchange. The exception is simple: if your order arrives damaged, leaking or wrong, we will put it right.

Damaged or leaking on arrival. Send a photo to info@scentometry.com within 48 hours of delivery and we will make it right.

Wrong item. If what arrived is not what you ordered, we will collect it and send the correct one at no cost.

Try before your full bottle. Scent is personal, so we would rather you found the right one before you buy a full bottle. That is what our discovery sets are for: five 10 ml bottles to try at home, so your first full bottle is a sure choice.

Cancellations. Because bottles are made to order, an order cannot be cancelled once blending has started, normally within a few hours of payment. If you contact us before then, we will cancel and refund in full.

Refunds, where due, are made to the original payment method within five to ten working days of approval.
